How Zed uses your information AI chat messages are sent to OpenAI only when you enable AI replies. Chat history stays in this tab and is not saved as a WordPress transcript. OpenAI processes messages under its service terms. Company registration details are stored privately by Zisco in WordPress for responding to your enquiry; they are not sent to the AI. Technical rate limits use a temporary, hashed network identifier. Contact support@zisco.co.uk about access or deletion of enquiry records. Please avoid sensitive information.
